Some things you should know about me? Hmmm …
Ok, first and foremost, I LOVE my family. We are incredibly close and my relationship with them is so important. It may sound a little old-fashioned, but I talk to my parents and my sister pretty much every day. They offer a wealth of love and support and guidance and I couldn’t do this without them. One more person in that love/support equation
is my boyfriend, Ryan. He’s wonderful … yeah, I’m gonna marry that boy one day (wink wink).
A couple of other things … I studied art at Kansas State University, but studied photography on my own – by doing and learning. I’m very proud of that fact. I am a tad soft-spoken, but once you get me going I love to laugh and have a good time. I’m slightly obsessed with Diet Coke. I have no idea why, but I think I may need to get some help (hehe). I buy magazines just to look at the photos. I love seeing different compositions of light and color and angles. It’s one of the ways that I keep that learning process going.
Lastly, I love being a photographer. I am a big believer that photography is an amazing tool we can use to document those people, places and moments that we want to relive again and again. My goal is to capture your sweetest memories and then show you how to artfully display those memories in your home and tell the story of your life. It’s my gift to you.
